We monitor all flights automatically and adjust our pickup times accordingly. Up to 60 minutes of waiting time are included free of charge.
Yes, we provide child seats for all ages free of charge. Please indicate the age and weight of your child when booking.
Our driver will be waiting with a name sign at the agreed meeting point. You will receive the driver's contact details and a photo via WhatsApp before pickup.
We accept cash in Euros or Turkish Lira, as well as credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Online prepayment via PayPal is also possible.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. For later cancellations, we charge 50% of the fare. No-shows will be charged 100%.
